When I woke up on Saturday they were still having some issues. I have to give a real THANKS to Ryan who worked with me for the next several hours to get everything up and running.

I cannot say how happy I am with their support. The constant communication was a thrill after my previous experience.

I’ve tried a few hosts in my time, as a developer, and StableHost is my favourite by far. I’ve submitted 2 tickets that branched into 4+ separate issues and every time they got to the first ticket within an hour or 2 and subsequent replies within a few minutes. The support staff are friendly and helpful – keeping in mind that I’m very proficient in web/net technologies so your mileage may vary, especially if English isn’t your first language. The first ticket involved having my hosted email on their server and my domain pointed to a separate host which was quite a complicated procedure. When I didn’t reply for a while, they just did the MX server settings for me and the issue was solved! I paid $65 USD for 5 years of (so far quality) hosting which is also pretty great for what you get.
